Airline students from Japan, wanting to have a future career in the Airline Industry, will be coming to learn from Islanders and "Flight Operation Mentors" (current or former local flight attendants) about ALOHA HOSPITALITY, culture of Hawaii, and prepare for their English exams.

What is Project Paradise
Project Paradise is a series of programs in Hawaii offered to Junior High School, High School, and College students from Japan. The number of participants from Japan could range from 6 to over 300. The main goal of Project Paradise is to allow Japanese students to interact with local college students in Hawaii to become more open minded and globally aware of their surroundings and to essentially become global leaders.

Program Theme
Students will learn how to deliver the BEST hospitality by learning more about "ALOHA." Since their future careers in the airline industry requires ENGLISH, we will need to run an English workshop to prepare them for their TOEFL/TOEIC exams.
